Garden Hotels keeps improving its online direct channel: the chain has just launched a new website, coinciding with the arrival of summer in Majorca, headquarters of the company. The new platform stands out for a total change in look and feel on the internet, with a new logo and more specialised sections and spaces.
The web layout has been designed to facilitate the booking process, to highlight the exclusive offers of the direct channel (which allows the chain to save the percentage of an intermediary in the process) and to address them to a more specific target audience: families, couples, sportspeople, groups, senior travellers…
Likewise, the chain has reinforced the advantages and guaranties of the booking process through the platform by ensuring the best price for reservations made through the website; by facilitating the process of modification of the reservation without extra charge and by allowing the addition of extra services and experiences during the selection of the accommodation.
The hotel chain has taken advantage of the web launch in order to present a series of novelties, not only of image, but also of content and facilities for the guest.
All the clients of Garden Hotels’ website will be able to subscribe and create a private and personalised account in order to get discounts for the accommodations in Majorca, Minorca, Huelva, Almeria and Ibiza. This new service will also be a direct access to special advantages for basic reservations, such as a safe for free, late check-out and personalised welcoming gifts.
Gastronomy for coeliacs
Garden Hotels is one of the few hotel chains that has signed an agreement with the Spanish Association of Coeliacs (FACE) and has committed to strictly comply with all the dietary requirements of people intolerant to gluten. This will not result in an extra charge for the guest or in any differences between clients, but it will ensure a gastronomic option available at all the chain’s hotels.
More social responsibility
Along the same lines, the chain has launched a new online platform while strengthening its commitment to the society to which its hotels belong, as well as to the environment in general. In this sense, the company does not put EcoGarden aside; on the contrary, it relaunches it and reinforces the concept in order to raise awareness of the need to take care of our surroundings while holidaying not only amongst its staff, but also amongst tourists and visitors.
Although the Samsara Beach Club was inaugurated last year, this new chill out space of the Playa Garden Hotel & Spa has been consolidated this summer 2016. With a more consolidated programme, a web of its own for table bookings and a new snacks and cocktails menu, the Samsara aims at becoming the afternoon meeting point par excellence in Playa de Muro.
Together with the beach club, Garden Hotels has improved its restaurants, with specialised gastronomic areas with different cuisines: tapas, grill, buffet, Italian… Il Giardino brand stands out over the other gastronomic concepts of the chain and has become a reference in Italian cuisine in all the destinations where it is available.
Garden Hotels has also paid special attention to its sport facilities and has signed an agreement with the sport events agency Sportters, which offers a special programme and services to a specific and growing type of travellers.
